Cancellation & Deposit Policy

We get it—sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule your fishing trip, we’ll do our best to work with you. However, if cancellation is your only option, our cancellation fee policy is as follows:

• 31+ days before your trip – No cancellation fee
• 16-30 days before your trip – 50% of trip cost due
• 15 days or less – 100% of trip cost due

We’re excited to get you out on the water! To reserve your fishing charter, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your date will be officially secured once your deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless you provide cancellation notice at least 31 days before your scheduled trip. If you need to cancel within 30 days of your trip, your deposit will be applied toward the cancellation fee. We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you when possible. By submitting your deposit, you agree to these terms.
